Privacy Policy

    Last updated: May 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to Pawsome ("we", "us", or "our"), including our website at pawsomevip.com and our application at app.pawsomevip.com. It describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our pet grooming business management platform.

    1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and business information when you create an account or use our services.

We also automatically collect certain information when you visit our platform, including your IP address, browser type, and usage data.

When you choose to sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar, we collect Google user data as described in Section 7.

    2. How We Use Your Information

    • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
    • Process transactions and send related notifications
    • Send appointment reminders and marketing communications (with your consent, using only information you provide directly to Pawsome—not Google user data)
    • Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
    • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activity on our platform (excluding Google user data)

Data obtained through Google Sign-In and Google Calendar is used only as described in Section 7 and is never used for advertising, marketing, or unrelated analytics.

    3. Sharing Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our platform (such as hosting and infrastructure providers), solely to deliver our services and under strict confidentiality agreements.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, information resellers, or any third party for purposes other than providing or improving Pawsome's user-facing features, as detailed in Section 7.

    4. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information—including Google user data—against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest, restricted access controls, secure storage of OAuth tokens, and regular security reviews.

    5. Your Rights

    You have the right to:

    • Access your personal information
    • Correct inaccurate data
    • Request deletion of your account and associated data
    • Object to processing of your data
    • Receive a portable copy of your data
    • Disconnect Google Calendar and revoke Google access at any time (see Section 7)

    6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, analyze traffic, and personalize content on our website. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, although this may affect platform functionality. Cookies and similar technologies are not used to track or profile users based on Google user data obtained through Google APIs.

    7. Google User Data (Sign-In & Calendar)

Pawsome's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. View Google's policy

7.1 Google user data we collect

Depending on the features you use, Pawsome may access the following Google user data:

    • Google Sign-In: your Google account ID, email address, full name, and profile picture, used to authenticate you and create or link your Pawsome account.
    • Google Calendar (optional): calendar identifiers, event titles, descriptions, start and end times, availability, and related metadata needed to sync pet grooming appointments and check scheduling conflicts.

7.2 How we use Google user data

    • Google Sign-In: to authenticate you, create or manage your account, and keep you signed in securely.
    • Google Calendar: to sync grooming appointments between Pawsome and your calendar, display availability, and prevent double-booking.

We limit our use of Google user data to providing and improving user-facing features of Pawsome. We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, interest-based advertising, retargeting, selling to data brokers, creditworthiness determination, lending, creating advertising profiles, building databases for unrelated purposes, or training artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

7.3 How we store Google user data

Google user data and OAuth access tokens are stored on secure servers operated by us or our infrastructure providers. Tokens are encrypted and access is limited to systems and personnel required to operate the service. We do not store more Google user data than necessary to provide the features you have enabled.

7.4 How we share Google user data

We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with third parties except: (a) infrastructure providers that host our application under confidentiality obligations and solely to operate Pawsome; (b) when required by law; or (c) with your explicit consent for a specific purpose. We do not transfer Google user data to advertising networks, data brokers, or information resellers.

    7.5 Retention and deletion

We retain Google user data only for as long as needed to provide the services you have requested:

    • Google Sign-In data is retained while your Pawsome account is active.
    • Google Calendar data and OAuth tokens are retained while the Calendar integration remains connected.

When you disconnect Google Calendar in Pawsome, we delete associated Calendar data and OAuth tokens from our systems within 30 days. When you delete your Pawsome account, we delete your Google user data and tokens within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

You can also revoke Pawsome's access at any time through your Google Account permissions page, or by disconnecting Google Calendar in your Pawsome account settings.

7.6 Changes to how we use Google data

If we change how Pawsome accesses, uses, or shares Google user data, we will update this Privacy Policy, notify you in the application, and request your consent before applying any new use that differs from what was originally disclosed.
